Services

ETI-NET offers training services for BackHome/TSM, BCOM and Tivoli Storage Manager. All these courses are performed on-site at the customer's location.

• For BackHome/TSM
  • A 1 Day Course – For up to 6 people. The day is split between conference room and then hands on activity.

 

• A 1 Day Consult – A full day to consult on the configuration, network performance, etc, associated issues with your BackHome system.

 

• A 2 Day Course –For up to 8 people. This includes one day of conference room and one day of hands on activity.

 

• A 3 Day Course – For up to 8 people. This includes one day of conference room, one day of hands on activity, and one day to consult on the configuration, network performance, etc, associated issues with your BackHome system.

 

 

• For BCOM
  • A 2 Day Course –For up to 8 people. This includes one day split between conference room and hands on activity. The second day to consult on the configuration, network performance, etc, associated issues with your BCOM system.

 

 

• For Tivoli Storage Manager
  • These courses are provided through our business partnership with Tivoli Associates. Go to their services page for information on the classes offered.
