Every organization has unique needs.  IBM’s Tivoli Storage Manager Operational Review will Strategically capture “what you are doing” as well as “how you are doing”  An Tivoli Associates Storage Management Specialist will spend one week at your location to properly assess and tune your IBM Tivoli Storage Manager backup server environment.  The base service allows for one ITSM server, additional charges may apply for more than one ITSM server or inclusion of your client environment.

Charges:           $15,000.00 (excluding taxes)
