Maximum PIU size

Note: this table is for illustrative purpose only. The maximum PIU size value is hardware-dependent and must be researched for in your particular environment. It is only given here as a reference to help you find the maximum PIU size to obtain the best performance possible with BCOM.

The following table gives the maximum PIU value that were used between the main BCOM platforms in the sample configuration:

Please note that the maximum PIU size should take into account not only the physical devices at end points but also any bridge or router along the communication path.
